General news A decade ago the soulful brunette with the cat eye specs scored with 'Stay (I Missed You),' her hit single from the soundtrack of 94's Reality Bites. Now Loeb, 36, has been bitten by the reality TV bug. She describes her still-unscheduled VH1 series as 'sort of like Sex and the City meets The View, adding, 'I am very open about the fact that I'm single and I want to go on dates.' Loeb has been avaliable since late 2003, when she and Dweezil Zappa - her boyfriend of 6 years, and cohost on food network's dweezil and lisa - amicably parted. The L.A. based singer remains 'obsessed with food,' she says. 'I am still meeting lots of chefs.'"

The coalition announced that "One Mind, One Heart" will provide support for the victims of the tsunami in seven of the hardest hit countries: Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, the Maldives, Malaysia and Somalia.

"When we share the suffering of others, compassion is born. In the birth of compassion is love, and when there is love, there is the opportunity for healing. This event is an opportunity for healing," said Deepak Chopra, inspirational speaker and author.

The event will include entertainers, speakers and spiritual leaders, including a video appearance by former President Bill Clinton.

"We hope that everyone in the Bay Area will contribute and participate to this great cause to the full extent of their abilities."
